How to read these
Every figure in a guide either comes from an operator's own published page, with the date it was read, or is arithmetic you can repeat. Where a guide shows a table, that table is built from the fact base at the moment the page is generated rather than typed into the text, so it cannot drift away from the rest of the site.
Where something is not published, the guide says so and stops. That happens more often in this market than in most, and it is the most useful thing on some of these pages.
